They say our lives have been written even before we were born to this earth. Everything that happens to us is for a reason. We are destined to be something or someone and we are here just to enjoy our lives. Of course, we must make most out of it and it is our responsibility to care for our bodies. We should not just let go; however, if things happen to us like we get sick even if we try to stay healthy all the time, does this mean we aren’t being healthy enough?
Don’t we all have that father, brother, neighbor, teacher, friend or acquaintance who tries to eat all kinds of healthy food and exercise every single day? That neighbor probably even uses a food processor just to mix all kinds of veggies and turn it into juice so that he can absorb all the fresh ingredients and nutrients in his body. There's nothing wrong with eating healthy but it's okay to eat something nice now and then thats not super healthy. A food processor can do so much more with every kind of food than just making vegetable juice. At Mrs. FoodPrep you can read all about the use of a food processor, it provides you with information, reviews and best buys so you can find yourself the food processor that suits you.
Food processors are big among health buffs because it’s easy to mix and prepare meals. Anyway, these people are trying so hard to live a healthy life and would even reprimand you after you just ate a huge burger with 7 strips of bacon, mushroom and extra cheese. Instead of steaks, your mom prepares salads even for the most special occasions. You see how they always make time to exercise waking up a couple of hours early each day just to jog around the neighborhood. Then one day, you hear that this neighbor has cancer or had a heart attack. Where did he go wrong?
Even if you take care of yourself so much and you try your best to stay fit and healthy, this doesn’t guarantee that you will never get sick. Humans are prone to anything and there are things that are beyond our control. You could be so concerned about your health because you want to live a long life and stay healthy ‘til you’re eighty but one day, a drunk driver hit your car and you end up losing your leg. Now, we don’t want to be brutal or scare you here… the point is we should all realize that we should live our life to the fullest. We can still eat healthy, influence the water we drink by placing water filters and exercise but we have to be happy with our life too. If that extra cheese or that second serving of lasagna will make you happy, go have it! If you want to drink a few bottles of beer on the night of your best friend’s bachelor party, go ahead and do it.
Life is too short for us to be too concerned about the things we don’t have control of. Do what you have to do to take care of your body and don’t do things that would intentionally damage your health. Occasional indulging in great food and relaxing for a couple of days is something you deserve. Staying healthy is a matter of chance. The most important thing is that you’re happy.
